Among the collaboration models we employ, two stand out:

  • Asset Swap Agreements (Permutas): a flexible and secure structure where the property owner contributes the land or asset in exchange for completed units or an agreed participation in the future value of the project. This allows owners to unlock their asset’s potential without providing capital, while retaining part of the final value.

  • Joint Ventures: partnerships where the land or property owner joins Crisálida in a shared development structure. We contribute the investment capital and full project management, and profits are distributed upon completion or sale.
